  • 2 kiwi fruit

Mango and kiwi tartare recipe:

  1. Peel the mango and cut the two rounded sides.
  2. Cut strips of flesh, then small cubes.
  3. Cut the remaining parts around the core and cut into small cubes.
  4. We then obtain a mango brunoise.
  5. Cut off the ends of the kiwis and peel them with a peeler. Cut them into small cubes and mix them with the mango brunoise.

Enjoy this fresh tartare, accompanied by a small dry cake or possibly over yogurt!
