Delicious French toast recipe, both easy and delicious, it will delight young and old.
Ingredients for 4 persons :
- 2 eggs
- 50 g vanilla sugar
- 30 cl of milk
- 4 slices of stale country bread
- 60 g butter
- 8 pinches of sugar
French toast
- Break the eggs, place them in a bowl. Beat them into an omelet.
Add the sugar and milk. Mix.
- Dip the slices of bread in this eggnog.
- In a frying pan, melt 15 g of butter, place a slice of bread sprinkled with a pinch of sugar on each side. Cook until golden brown. Repeat the operation for the other installments.
